It's springtime once again in DF, a great letup from the blizzards and freezing temperatures of winter. Actually, the weather could probably be considered the exact opposites with warm temperatures and tropical breezes. There are few rainstorms here and there but no lacking severe enough to cause a drought, spring is acting more like early summer then late winter this year.

The entrance to the grand light territory of the royals is bleak and disconcerning, but don't be fooled by the jagged outside look. Low brush is scattered across the narrow mountain valley which is constantly in snow no matter what season and water is a no until you reach the end. Animals of the high-scale mountains are still abundant though with the goats clattering upon the steep sides and moose and deer frolicking. As you near the end of the cold valley the terrain takes a sudden dip which you should carefully descend into the main area. Lush grasses, abundant trees, and a large pond is where the royals make their home. The seasons change the appearence often but in a more milder sense except in the winter when the land becomes a fairytale for all ages. A small waterfall gracefully breaks off the shelf of the highest mountain that borders the large valley and behind that white falling froth is the inner chambers of the royals, all council and the main family live there.

Fruit Orchard Wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and many different varieties of apples grow here. This is an attractive place to get food because of it's large flavor variety and stock. If you love sweet food and the light alliance, this is the herd for you. The land is vry large as it has to be to accomodate such a variety of fruits but sweet grasses are here most of the year as well. The view of Heavens Heights and it great, loomng mountain is always visible from every point of the land.

Per Amore Upon first entering the fields, one would notice the mild scent of foliage. But when entering further, t'ward the babbling brook that winds its way to become the great river 'Burrone', the scents would blaze with flowers, trees and the water itself. Every inch of the land is touched with sunlight, apart from the thin layer of fog that rolls over the tall grasses in the early hours of the morning. The waters are generally shallow, though a few areas are perfect for a swim. The fields are wide open spaces, with a few great oak trees scattered here and there. In the center of the fields is a large lake, mysteriously named 'non l'amore' from past years. The darkest place is at the foot of the great mountains, shadows that no equine dares enter, for unknown dangers could be lurking there. The water of the 'Burrone' is said to bring love and protection, whether this is true or not, perhaps you'd like to find out...
